Return Policy

At ARCTRO, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, the following return guidelines apply.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

We will accept returns only if:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The return is pre-approved by our customer service team
  • The item is properly packaged and shipped in compliance with all applicable Hazmat shipping regulations
  • The returned product passes our inspection process upon receipt

⚠️ Please note: Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

Non-Quality Related Returns

For any returns not caused by product quality issues, all returned items that meet our return requirements will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Additionally, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-quality related returns.

Return Labels

As a certified Hazmat shipper, we are legally unable to provide return labels.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment in full compliance with all applicable Hazmat shipping regulations.

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the rejection of the return.

  2. Provide clear photos of the product, such as:
    • Product quality issues
    • Incorrect item or size discrepancies
  3. Our team will review your request

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Refund Processing Time:
After email confirmation and approval by ARCTRO, refunds are typically processed within 3–20 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely and in compliance with shipping regulations
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit
