At ARCTRO, all refrigerants are shipped exclusively via FedEx or UPS, in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for hazardous material transportation, as outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Refrigerants are classified as hazardous materials. We strictly follow all applicable regulations, using accurate Hazmat labeling and complete documentation for every shipment.

Purchasing refrigerants from non-compliant sources may expose you to serious risks, including penalties, shipment confiscation, and legal liability.

Shipping Policy & Guarantee

  • Free Shipping: All ARCTRO orders include free shipping within the United States .
  • Compliance Guarantee: We guarantee that all shipments meet regulatory requirements, eliminating legal concerns for our customers.
  • Shipping Method: Due to Hazmat regulations for compressed gases, expedited or overnight shipping is not permitted. All orders are shipped via ground service only, without exceptions.
